WARNING: Products and accessories sold by Vape Vendor Australia are not intended to be used by children, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant or any person with an elevated risk of, or preexisting condition of any medical conditions which includes but is not limited to, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma. If you experience any side effects or possible side effects, stop using the product immediately and consult a physician.

Batteries:

Please note that we do not recommend using the built-in USB charging feature on mods that use replaceable lithium ion cells. Lithium ion batteries must be balance charged using a proper external charger to avoid damaging the cells and to reduce the risk of venting. Micro and mini USB ports are notoriously fragile and as such we do not offer a warranty or repair service on any USB charging ports if you choose to ignore this warning.

Due to standard postal carrier policies, all lithium-ion batteries sold separately cannot be shipped via express post (air) as they are deemed a dangerous good.

Lithium-ion batteries present a fire and safety risk if transported by air craft. Australian postal providers may limit how many lithium batteries can be sent, and we are required to send these items in compliance with Australian and international regulations.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Vape Vendor Australia reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity of items ordered.

If a customer provides any wrong information and needs it to be changed, Vape Vendor Australia may request additional funds in order to do this. Once an order has been sent out and any details given were incorrect resulting in a return to sender, additional postage costs will apply. 

If customer wishes to cancel the order once it has been placed, a fee will be charged for a restocking fee.

Warranty Claims and Returns:

We will happily accept exchange or return of any products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship if returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. Exchange or Returns do not cover buyer remorse.  Please contact us first to see if we can help you resolve the problem.

Return postage fee’s are at customers expense. In order to receive warranty claim, product will need to be returned within 3 month of purchase date. Item needs to be returned as it was purchased including box. Items will need to be inspected for repair or replacement by Vape Vendor Australia.

If troubleshooting has been done on a device that is suspected of being faulty please contact us at info@vapevendor.com.au

If the returned goods are deemed not faulty, the customer will have to pay for the return postage fees to get the product back. We absolutely DO NOT accept returns of e-liquid, atomizers or other consumable or disposable products eg replaceable batteries for any reason.

If in the circumstance Vape Vendor Australia sends out the wrong product, the correct product will be sent out once the wrong product has been returned. If the wrong product is returned and not in the state as in which it left eg. used. The customer will be notified and will have to pay additional costs and postage for it.

Delivery & Terms Of Delivery:

Purchases will be delivered as quickly as possible, the terms of delivery described on the website are indicative and do not count as final.

If a product is ordered by the purchaser and is momentarily out of stock, information will be given about the availability. The purchaser will be informed of the delay by email.

If the customer decides after the order is placed, to alter it in any way. Vape Vendor Australia has the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

If the address is needed to be changed after an order is placed. An AUD$10.00 fee will be incurred at the customers’ expense.

If there is an issue with items missing and/or damaged with an order, we will need to be contacted within 5 days of tracking confirmation of collection.

Pre-Orders:

While we endevour to have accurate release dates of products, these are subject to change due to the manufacturer.

Items ordered with pre-orders will be shipped out once all items are available. If customers would like non pre-ordered items with-in the order shipped out beforehand payment of postage will be required.

Pricing may change due to end of special pre-order offers or via a change in pricing structure.

Limited Warranty:

Vape Vendor Australia offers a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover atomizers due to the heavy use toll and expected life of the part and is subject to terms and conditions of purchase. The warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Vape Vendor Australia, is damaged through the improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of God, negligence or abuse. The warranty does not cover buyers remorse.

Privacy Discloser:

In this privacy policy, “us”, “we”, or “our” refers to Vape Vendor Australia operators of this website.

We are bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (subject to any exemptions that apply to us under that Act).

Where a record is required, we entrust credit cards to our payment gateway and store only the last few digits and expiry date of your credit card solely for purposes of identity confirmation and forewarning of expiry.

Click trails record the paths taken by visitors through the website is generally recorded against IP address and may be possible to correlate by computer.

Activity history and browsing behaviour consist of orders, enquiries, votes submitted via the website, or offline contact you have with us such as phone calls.
